Service Innovation

As service innovation is a hot and rapidly developing topic in traditional service industries as well as in industrial contexts, this seminar is tackling service innovation, the management of service innovation and and the design of services, from both theoretical and practical perspectives. It introduces the service-dominant logic, applies service design tools, discusses servitization issues as well as service business models, technology & services.

The seminar takes place as a block seminar on Friday mornings from 9 – 12.15 at the open innovation laboratory JOSEPHS in the city centre of Nuremberg on the following dates:

26/10; 02/11; 09/11; 16/11; 23/11; 07/12; 14/12;

The kick-off session is scheduled for October 19 at 9 am at JOSEPHS!

Additionally, there will be supervisions in form of a “Tutorium” to guide the applied seminar work of students. Details will be provided in class.
